What size room do I need for the 7-ft Hustler?
The 7-ft table's overall footprint is approximately 84 in x 48 in. To have a comfortable 58-in cue stroke clearance on all sides, plan for a room of roughly 12 ft x 16 ft (about 144 sq ft). If your room is tight, a 48-in cue is available separately and reduces the required clearance.
What size room do I need for the 8-ft Hustler?

Yes. The only difference is the overall table footprint and playing surface size. Neither model is a downgraded version of the other.
Does the Hustler have a slate playing surface?
No. The Hustler uses a 3/4-in CARB-certified MDF (medium-density fiberboard) playing bed, not slate. Slate tables are heavier and typically more expensive. The Hustler's engineered MDF provides a flat, warp-resistant surface well suited to home game rooms and recreational competitive play.

Can the felt be replaced if it wears out?
Yes, pool table felt (cloth) can be replaced by a billiard technician or experienced DIYer. Replacement felt for standard 7-ft and 8-ft tables is widely available. Normal felt wear is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, but the playing surface itself is designed to accept standard replacement cloth.
What is the warranty on the Hustler, and how do I make a claim?
The Hustler is covered by Hathaway's 180-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
