SECTION 1 — WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you buy something from our store, we collect the personal information you share with us as part of the buying-and-selling process—for example, your name, phone number, address, and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address, which helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email/SMS marketing (where applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails or text messages about our store, new products, and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you give us personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, set up a delivery, or return a purchase, we take it that you consent to our collecting that information and using it solely for that specific purpose.

SECTION 3 — DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if the law requires us to do so, or if you breach our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 — SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify supplies us with the online e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products and services to you.

Your data is kept within Shopify's data storage, databases, and the overall Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server protected by a firewall.

Payment:

We use Shopify Payments to process purchases. When you pay through Shopify Payments, your credit card details are stored by Shopify and encrypted in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is retained only for as long as it takes to complete your purchase. Once your purchase is finished, that transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways follow the standards established by PCI-DSS and overseen by the PCI Security Standards Council—a joint undertaking of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

The PCI-DSS requirements help make sure that credit card information is handled securely by our store and by the service providers we work with.

SECTION 5 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

As a general rule, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the degree needed for them to carry out the services they perform for us.

That said, some third-party service providers—such as payment gateways and other payment-processing services—maintain their own privacy policies covering the information we have to share with them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we suggest you read their privacy policies so that you understand how they will handle your personal information.

Keep in mind, in particular, that some providers may be based in—or operate facilities located in—a jurisdiction that differs from yours or ours. So if you decide to go ahead with a transaction that relies on a third-party service provider, your information may then fall under the laws of the jurisdiction(s) where that provider or its facilities are located.

For instance, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway based in the United States, the personal information you use to complete that transaction may be subject to disclosure under U.S. law, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our store's website, or are redirected to a third-party website or application, this Privacy Policy and our website's Terms of Service no longer apply to you.

SECTION 6 — SECURITY

To safeguard your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure it is not improperly lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, that information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and apply additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 7 — COOKIES

Below is a list of the cookies we use. We've set them out here so you can decide whether or not you want to opt out of cookies.

_session_id, unique token, sessional — Lets Shopify store information about your session (referrer, landing page, and so on).
_shopify_visit, no data held, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit — Used by our website provider's internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) on the following day — Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persists for 2 weeks — Stores information about what's in your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional.
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite — If the shop is password-protected, this is used to determine whether the current visitor has access.

SECTION 8 — AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you confirm that you have reached at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have reached the age of majority in your state or province of residence and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

SECTION 9 — CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We retain the right to change this privacy policy at any time, so please check it often. Changes and clarifications take effect as soon as they are posted on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will let you know here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and the circumstances—if any—under which we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired by, or merges with, another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.

SECTION 10 — ONLINE ADVERTISING

We use Google Ads remarketing to advertise across the Internet. Google Ads remarketing displays relevant ads tailored to you, based on which parts of our website you have viewed, by placing a cookie on your device. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IDENTIFY YOU IN ANY WAY OR GIVE ANYONE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. Instead, the cookie simply signals, "this person visited this page, so show them ads related to that page." Google Ads remarketing lets us tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and show only ads that are relevant to you.
